Understand the status
There are 9 statuses for your guests:
Registered : Your guest has already registered for the event and has received their badge by email. It will not be revived.
Registered from another invitation : Your guest has registered for the event using another exhibitor's invitation. They will not be contacted again.
Imported : Your guest has been imported into your list.
Email sent : The invitation email has been sent.
Email opened : The invitation email has been opened.
Email clicked : The invitation email has been clicked.
Opt-out: This person has requested not to receive emails.
Unreachable : The invitation email did not arrive at its destination (case of a soft or hard bounce). You must check the email address provided, there is a good chance that it is incorrect or no longer valid.
Not finalized : Your guest has started their registration, but has not completed it.
